Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival on all livestock shipped via Next Day Service, applicable to orders within Ireland only. Our guarantee is void if no one is available to receive and sign for the package on the scheduled delivery day, resulting in a delay. Additionally, it will not apply if the package is delayed due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect address. However, any delays caused by the courier will not affect our live arrival guarantee.

To claim a refund for any DOAs (Dead on Arrival), you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

In the unlikely event of a DOA, we will either replace the item with your next order or issue a refund of the same value—whichever you prefer. We may require a full-colour photograph or the return of the deceased animals for inspection. Even if a photograph is provided, we may still ask for the animals to be returned. Please contact us immediately; nothing is more important to us than our customers' satisfaction.
